The JC Pet Parade

Had a great time and the JC Pet Parade this past Saturday. There are a lot of interesting pets in this town! It's amazing how many fun events and activities there are to do in a town of around 5,000 people. A great place to raise our kids!

Do You Owe More Than Your Home Is Worth? Read This!

There is a new loan program now available that allows some home owners who OWE SIGNIFICANTLY MORE ON THEIR HOME THAN IT IS WORTH to refinance to the current low interest rates.

Again, if you or someone you know has a mortgage loan with a balance that is higher, even SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER, than the current value of their home, please share this post and recommend that they talk to their mortgage professional about whether they qualify.

This refinance program is available for primary residences, second homes and YES even investment properties purchased by Fannie Mae prior to 5-31-2009. It can be confusing whether your loan will qualify, so be sure to ask someone who can find out.
